EAEA Annual Conference on Adult Learning and the Green Transition

How can adult learning help us build a more sustainable world in times of crisis? Explore the topic together with learners, educators, policymakers and activists during EAEA\'s General Assembly, Grundtvig Award Ceremony and Annual Conference on Adult Learning and the Green Transition. AEA General Assembly 6 June discusses key policy issues at the European and global level together with our members. You will also get to know the new Executive Board of EAEA. In the evening, we will celebrate the winners of the EAEA Grundtvig Award and their innovative approaches to the green transition in adult learning. The Annual Conference 7 June is divided to two thematic strands, Learning in communities and Strategies for a just green transition. The conference will cover for example the following topics: - strengthening the voice of learners in planning activities for green transition - how can adult learning act as a space for political engagement - building green partnerships - developing a green skills strategy, among others. The events will take place in Zagreb, Croatia and they are organised in collaboration with Adult Education Institution Dante.
