Blended Transformative Learning – exploring tools, assessments and frameworks for the social-ecological transition
November 8, 2021 @ 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm CET

What makes learning transformative?
How to work well in a blended way (offline+online)?
How to facilitate transformative learning experiences successfully?
What is the role of transformative learning and education in the socio-ecological transition?
The BLAST partnership has been exploring these questions and more.
Join us for a session to:
- Get to know the main tools that the BLAST partnership has developed
- Get a taster on what are the main competences needed for successful blended transformative learning
- Learn what are communities of practice and what is their role in transformative learning for the socio-ecological transition
- Get familiar with multiple examples of concrete facilitation and learning tools: the transformation toolbox
Transformative learning involves experiencing a deep shift in our thinking, feelings, and actions – a shift in our understanding of ourselves and our relationships with others and the natural world. In the context of socio-ecological transition, it’s particularly focused on approaches to learning that generate transformative outcomes in both the inner and outer world through both individual and collective transformations.
