Umetnost fermentacije in konzerviranja hrane 18.9. ob 14.00. Lokacija: Pristava pri Ljubečni. Spoznali bomo nekaj osnovnih principov fermentiranja hrane ter njhovih dobrodejnih učinkov. Temu sledi praktični del spoznavanja s postopkom priprave in peke kruha z drožmi ter vlaganja ter priprave sezonskega sadja/zelenjave.
The art of fermentation and food preservation, 18.9. at 14.00. Location: Pristava pri Ljubečni. We will learn some basic principles of food fermentation and their beneficial effects. This is followed by a practical part of learning about the process of preparing and baking bread with yeast and investing and preparing seasonal fruits / vegetables.
