Why we love Trees! Fernhill Park Walking Tour

September 17 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm IST

Trees have an essential part to play in combating climate change, by removing carbon dioxide from the air, storing carbon in the trees and soil, and releasing oxygen into the atmosphere! Join us for this Walking Tour and learn about the variety of Council led climate action projects in Fernhill Park. This includes the Future Woodland Project, which will see the planting of mixed native trees in an area of one hectare within the Park.

This is an outdoor event.
