How can communities build resilience, self-sufficiency and systems change? With mounting consequences from climate change and insufficient government action, it is more pressing than ever for communities to be empowered to prepare and adapt. On the eve of the COP26 summit, we will spark debate from a subject that, up to now, has been left on the sidelines.
